Shipping Terms & Conditions

All products sold through our online stores are custom-made on demand and fulfilled by GovRetail LLC and its authorized production partners. Because items are produced after an order is placed, total delivery time includes both production and shipping. Processing times vary by product type, customization method (print, embroidery, engraving, etc.), order volume, and season. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address Requirements (All Destinations)

To ensure accurate delivery, the following requirements apply to all orders:

  • Shipping addresses must be entered using Latin characters only.

  • Address Line 1 is limited to 35 characters; Address Line 2 is limited to 30 characters.

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • GovRetail LLC does not provide address validation services.

  • Orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for free reshipment or guaranteed refunds.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Domestic shipping only

  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on product and carrier, but typically 3-5 business days for most orders.

  • Express delivery is available for select products and destinations.

  • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer

PO Box Delivery

  • PO Box delivery is recommended only within the United States.

  • For international destinations, shipping to a PO Box is not advised and is done at the customer’s own risk.

  • Customers must ensure that ordered products will fit within their PO Box. The largest standard PO Box measures 12″ x 22.5″; items exceeding these dimensions cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

  • Express shipping does not support PO Box addresses. Orders placed with Express delivery and a PO Box address will automatically be processed as standard shipping.

Order Fulfillment & Split Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple products may ship separately if fulfilled by different production partners.

  • Customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Claims for lost shipments must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address information, refusal, or failure to claim may require additional reshipping fees.

  • Refunds or replacements for delivery-related issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to these shipping terms and accept responsibility for providing accurate delivery information.
