Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all products fulfilled by GovRetail LLC and its authorized production partners. Because all items are custom-made to order, our policies differ from traditional retail stores.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

All products are produced on demand, including items with custom printing, embroidery, engraving, personalization, or government branding. Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts, product descriptions, and customization details before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.

  • Once verified, GovRetail LLC will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the claim window may not be eligible for resolution.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  • If confirmed lost by the carrier, a replacement or refund may be issued at our discretion.

GovRetail LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

  • Orders that are unclaimed or refused may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by customer-provided address errors.


Size & Fit Issues

Because all items are produced on demand:

  • Exchanges for incorrect sizing are not guaranteed.

  • Customers should carefully review sizing charts before purchasing.

  • If a sizing issue is caused by a manufacturing defect (e.g., incorrect label), it will be treated as a defective item claim.


Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may only be canceled or modified within a limited window after placement, typically before production begins.

  • Once an item enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.


Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return or refund unless defective:

  • Personalized or engraved products

  • Custom embroidery items

  • Seasonal or limited-edition items

  • Intimate apparel and face coverings

  • Gift cards or promotional items


To facilitate a quicker resolution of your issue, we strongly recommend including a supporting photo or video when contacting us.
