Agreeing to the Terms of Service

Hereby accept the terms of service below *

The Terms of Service confirms that Agency (“Agency”) authorizes GovRetail, LLC (“GovRetail”) to create and operate an online merchandise store featuring Agency branding.

1. Purpose: GovRetail will create, host, and manage an online store offering branded merchandise associated with the Agency. The Agency is not required to promote the store and has no obligation to participate beyond this authorization.

2. Use of Branding: Agency grants GovRetail permission to use its name, logo, and approved branding solely for the purpose of operating and marketing the store.

3. Donation Share: GovRetail will provide the Agency, or a designated Charitable Organization, with 20% of net proceeds from merchandise sold through the Store. Payments will be made bi-annually with a sales report detail.

4. No Cost or Liability: There is no cost to the Agency. GovRetail is solely responsible for store operations, including products, payments, fulfillment, refunds, returns and customer service.

5. Non-Exclusive & Cancellation: This authorization is non-exclusive and may be revoked by the Agency at any time without written notice.
